INDOOR PARKOUR CLASSES

These indoor Parkour classes are meant for beginners, intermediates, and people looking to work the basics. There is no prior requirement of skill or fitness. The indoor Parkour classes cover some of the more commonly used Parkour techniques (i.e. rolls, vaults, climbs, and more) as well as certain strengthening exercises that will help in overall progression. They also cover some of the philosophy involved and how Parkour applies at a broader level. Each week will have a different focus in terms drills and exercises.
The average age is teens – 30’s. The soft age minimum is 10 years old, however instructor approval can be obtained for younger. Email Coach Cliff for info on training for little kids. There is no age maximum (we’ve had people in their 60’s take the class). Open to both women and men.
Pre-registration is required. Each weekly Thursday class has a separate registration period that opens 2 days prior. (Tuesday at 12:01AM – just as Tuesday starts thru Thursday around 5:30pm) In order to register for the class, once the registration time opens, you can email Coach Cliff at email@example.com (preferred) or you leave a message at 310-439-8370. Please include the first and last name of the participant in your email/message. You will receive a confirmation if you are registered for the class or not. It is handled on a first come first served basis. You can only register for that week’s class. You cannot register in advance for multiple weeks.
Each week’s Parkour classes is independent of the others. Since no one class depends on any other, you aren’t tied to a program of classes. You can come in any order and whenever you want, as long as you make sure you register for the week of the Parkour class you wish to take.

All students must fill out a Parkour liability release form. Those under 18 years old require a legal guardian’s signature. Please fill out this form completely including emergency contact info.
