Today was the last day of the 2014 Parkour Summer Day Camp and it was great! Big thanks to special guest, Coach Lorenzo from http://capoeirabatuque.org for coming by today to train everyone with some fun methods that will really help in Parkour.

Everyone did really well this week and I’m proud of all the campers. It was a real pleasure to see everyone getting stronger, learning, and making solid progress so quickly. Keep up the good work guys! I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
